90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a return within 90 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

  • Unused and in new condition
  • In its original packaging
  • Free from damage, rust, scratches, stains, misuse, alteration, or signs of tampering
  • Complete with all original parts, accessories, and packaging materials

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, rust, improper handling, intentional damage, or modification will not be eligible for a refund.

Most order issues can be resolved faster through our support team than through a payment dispute.

When contacting us, please include:

How to Start a Return

Before returning any item, please contact us at:

  • Return approval
  • Return instructions
  • The correct return address

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to post the refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.


Missing or Not Delivered Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We may ask you to:

  • Check with household members or neighbors
  • Check your mailbox, front desk, porch, or delivery area
  • Contact the shipping carrier
  • Provide any additional information needed to help investigate

If the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, LoopyPet may not be responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

LoopyPet is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at support@loopypet.com.


Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable because they are charged by the shipping carrier.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

LoopyPet is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Sale or Promotional Items

Sale, promotional, clearance, or discounted items may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return your item first and place a new order.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
