At LoopyPet, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.


Order Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your order is shipped.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.


Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center.

Estimated U.S. delivery: 8–15 business days. Tracking included.

International: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, customs, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Tracking Information

Yes, tracking is provided for every order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Order Cancellation or Modification

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours after placing it.

Please include your order number and use the subject line:

“Cancel Order” or “Modify Order”

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.


Damaged Items

We carefully package every order to help protect it during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the package and items received.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

LoopyPet is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, front desk, or local carrier first.
